play computer game (kill more monster/bad guy), window shop, buy something to indulge myself, finish the stressful job early (more practical), imaging of quiting the stressful job , do some other things and try to forget about the stress!

go get a professional massage
(I don't mean the illegal kind, though that would probably work too )

yes...a traditional thai massage is good...u might feel tortured during the session and u might scream...but i assure u that u will feel wonderful after that...

as for the illegal kind, hmmm...yeah...it might work too, i guess ... ...

for me, de-stressing means going out to drink until drunk and continuously doing that for a few days/weeks until i get withdrawal symptoms...then i will be de-stressed enough, and due to a serious lack of cash, will be more motivated to work...

Have always wanted to go for a professional massage, but wife don't allow

Heard that now the more professional ones will be claasified as health spas instead of the more sleazy term 'massage parlour'.

Anyone can recommend a good place for professional massage (not the foot massage kind)?
