I recently switched my irons from entry level wilson irons (that had graphite shafts) to a set of TaylorMade R9 Irons steel shaft, reg flex irons. For anyone who plays their game in the 80's - 90's and is looking to reduce some shots and get the ball more consistently on the right flight path, i can't recommend any clus more highly. I also now have the taylormade burner irons and the burner 3 Hybrid - both great clubs. Thank god i realised that better taylormade burner 09 irons DO make a huge difference to your game, and taking the step from basic clubs to something half decent will actually help me achieve my goal handicap significantly. the Callaway RAZR Irons with steel shafts not a fit for my swing, but then hit the reg. flex graphites ... oh now we have something here. I knew I wanted these but took a few rounds to get use to the offset
