is it possible to set same skins for those with and without internet explorer, like those using other browers

eg khakiblues-IE and khakiblues(other browers)

i guess u can do a test whether it is IE or not, if it is use the IE one else use the other browser's one?

Skins with -IE suffix are only presented if MSIE is detected. This is because they use some codes which Netscape cannot understand, (specifically, codes used in PM). However, I will try to find time porting some more skins to Netscape, (less those PM-specific skins).
