What do you really want in life?

Some people just want a simple life. Some will hunger for more power, money, status and etc. Some just couldn't be bothered and live by the day.

My mentor told me something and it is quite true. "Given 10 years, you may not even know what you really want in LIFE." I begin asking what I want? What satisfy me? What do i really want to achieve at the end of every day? What are your views? Any fruitful comments to make LIFE enjoyable and happy?

42? Hahahhaha I m not much of a hitchhiker fan though i like Marvin the GPP bot v much.

What we want in life,ask a dozen ppl answer will varies from material (careers, cars, houses) to the symbolic (status,power), to the abstract (love, peace)...

What we want actually is happiness. We think the material, a metal box with wheels, a supermodel babe or a Go zine man model as spouse, a loving smurf community, a Cosby sitcom-like perfect family... will make us happy.

Some ppl believe living a fruitful satisfied life is by giving. Ie mother teresa...dedicate her life to help others. But what if you have no desire to help others? Man dont deserve to be helped...afterall given the nature of man being so innately flawed, helping doesnt necessarily yield positive outcomes.

Hence answer to life is meaningly, its just nihilistic and existential.
