Hello. I have a Toshiba Satellite L505 S6946 and it is been installed with Windows 7 operating system. The problem is that I have downloaded and update for my camera and it is not able to function now. I do not know what could have gone wrong? My friend helped in using the direct applicative form the official website of Toshiba. Please do help. Thank you.
