The Singapore Government is raising the prices of the ciggarettes more often then I see Kuan Yew on tv. But, is it helping ? How many smokers quit just because the prices are raised ? Not me at least. And not most of the people I know. So why are they still doing it ?
Or is this an excuse for more $ ?
