For the 3DMark99 tests, I'd benchmarked the card at 5 different clock speeds, 100Mhz (default), 110Mhz, 115Mhz, 120Mhz and 125Mhz. Using the BlasterControl panel from Creative, this was very easily done via an overclocking slider. However, the tests could not complete with the 120Mhz or the 125Mhz clock speeds.

(Be warn! The card already runs so HOT at default speeds, I'll not be responsible for any heat damage as a result of overclocking your chips!)

Analysis: The card performed admirably in most of the tests with a 3DMark of 2,115 at default speeds. Comparing it with my Voodoo2 3DMark scores (1,948 3DMarks) done on my PII-412Mhz, the Banshee outdid it in EVERY non-multitexture tests. Since the Banshee is akin to an overclocked V2 with 1 TMU, so expectedly the card is slower in multitexture tests. This is highly enviabe performance for a card that sells below S$200, not forgetting it has excellent 2D performance too!
